SSXPRESS was designed to work on short sale, short pay and loan modification transactions. It is less expensive than most programs out there and it was created in 2005 and revised constantly.
Our short sale management program was created because as I worked on my short sale files, I often overlooked details and conversations with lenders over time.
When I began working on short sales I had no idea what I was doing and I learned by trial and error. I have hired assistants, contracted deals out and nothing ever worked. I was determined to get the gain the advantage, SSXPRESS was born. Now I could not imagine working on short sale transactions without my SSXPRESS. My goal is to have other agents say the same thing!!!
SSXPRESS was designed to assist in the day to day calls associated with these types of transactions. Organizing your short sales and helping you work on 20 to 30 deals is easily done with SSXPRESS. I will keep your informed of how many days you have till an auction date and will remind your if you need to make a call to the lender 18 days from now.
